Brand new and absolutely gorgeous!  The Material is synthetic leather that is stain guarded for easy wipe down and cleaning. The color is an off white, not quite as bright as the pictures show. The bottom pieces come apart in the middle and can be locked in after being put into place, allowing for easy transport and installation. Each of the five seats is manual recline. The three center seats have a full down center council with USB and power adapter.
